AS YOU RESPOND TO GOD INVITATION
OUR CONDITION
· WE ARE ALL SINNERS
“Yes, all have sinned; all fall short of God’s glorious ideal.” ( Romans 3:23)
· WE DESERVED PUNISHMENT-DEATH
“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Jesus christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)
· WE CANNOT SAVE OURSELVES
“ Because of His kindness you have been saved through trusting Christ. And even trusting is not of yourselves; it too is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good we have done, so none can take any credit for it.” (Ephesians 2: 8-9)
GOD’S PURPOSE FOR US
· THAT WE CAN HAVE ETERNAL LIFE-
“For god so loved the world so much that He gave His only Son so that anyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”( John 3:16)
· THAT WE CAN LIVE A FULL AND MEANINGFUL LIFE NOW.
“ The thief’s purpose is to steal, kill and destroy. My purpose is to give life in all it’s fullness.” (John 10:10)
GOD’S PROVISION FOR US
· GOD BECAME MEN
“ Who, thought He (is) God, did not demand and cling to his rights as God, but laid aside His mighty power and glory, taking the disguise of a slave and becoming like men. And He humbled Himself even further, going so far as actually to die a criminal’s death on a cross.” (Philippians 2:6-8)
· JESUS DIED ON THE CROSS FOR OUR SINS
“Christ also suffered. He died once for the sins of all as guilty sinners, although he Himself was innocent of any sin at any times, that he might bring us safely home to God. Though His body died, His spirit lived on.” ( 1 Peter 3: 18)
· JESUS ROSE AGAIN FROM THE DEAD
“He died for our sins and rose again to make us right with God, filling us with God’s goodness .” ( Romans 4:25)
· JESUS PROVIDED THE WAY TO LIFE AND HEAVEN
“ I am the way- yes, and the truth and the life. No one can get to the father except by means of me.” ( John 14:6)
OUR RESPONSE
· WE MUST REPENT OF OUR SINS
“Repent ye thefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out.” (Acts 3: 19)
· WE MUST PUT OUR FAITH IN JESUS- (See again Ephesians 2: 8)
· WE MUST RECEIVE JESUS CHRIST AS PERSONAL LORD AND SAVIOR AND LORD
“ But all who received Him, he gave the right to become children of God. All they needed to do (is) to trust Him to save them.” (John 1: 12)

· ARE YOU WILLING TO RECEIVE CHRIST THROUGH A PRAYER OF FAITH?
PRAYER OF COMMITMENT
“ Dear Lord Jesus…I believe You are the Son of god. I know I am a sinner… I turn from my sins… I ask You to forgive me… I receive You as my Lord and Savior.
Thank You for saving me…and giving me new life… Help me become the person You want to be amen.”
